Sales & Growth Manager, LM DTS
Help us scale the future of dental digitalization
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on
Sales & Growth Manager
to accelerate the international growth of LM DTS.
LM DTS is entering its next growth phase. In this role, you will create new business, win customers and help them succeed through onboarding, implementation and training. This is a role for someone who enjoys selling, solving problems and building scalable ways of working.
The position is based at LM Dental in Parainen, Finland. We believe close collaboration is important in our small and growing team, and the role therefore includes a strong on-site presence in Parainen
What you will do
Sell
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in selected international markets.
• Own sales opportunities from initial prospecting and demonstration through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop opportunities with distributors and our international sales organization, and represent LM DTS in customer visits and industry events.
Deliver
• Take an active role in customer onboarding, implementation, demonstrations and training, both remotely and on-site.
• Help customers solve practical, functional and technical challenges and ensure a smooth transition from sales to successful adoption.
Grow
• Identify new markets, customer segments, use cases and business opportunities.
• Help create repeatable ways of selling and deploying LM DTS.
• Bring market insight and customer feedback into the continuous development of our offering.
What we are looking for
We are not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box. The right combination of commercial drive, curiosity, technical understanding and a hands-on attitude matters most.
You could be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in B2B sales, business development, solution sales, customer success or technical sales.
• Enjoy developing new business, winning customers and turning customer needs into compelling solutions.
• Are confident in customer meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.
• Are interested in software, technology and digital workflows.
• Are willing to work directly with customers during implementation and training.
• Can work independently, take ownership and travel internationally.
• Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
Experience in SaaS, dental technology, RFID or digital workflow solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement. Fluent Finnish and English are required. Other language skills are highly valued, particularly Swedish, German, French or Spanish.
You will succeed in this role if you are commercially minded, enjoy customer interaction and are comfortable moving between strategic discussions and practical implementation. You thrive in an environment where everything is not yet standardized and want to help build the playbook as we grow.
Find opportunities. Win customers. Make them successful. Repeat.
Why join LM DTS?
• Take a key role in the international growth of a technology business entering its next phase.
• Work with customers and partners across international markets.
• Combine sales, technology and customer interaction in one role.
• Have real influence on our commercial approach in a small, agile and entrepreneurial team.
